In developing a number of high voltage power transmission inspection tools, ATI has developed expertise in the area of power transmission applications. A few of the critical skills acquired and refined throughout device development include:

• Managing transmission line voltage and corona
• Requirements for temperatures ranging from -40ºC to 250ºC
• Designing for hot stick installation
• Balancing light weight with field durability

These skills are useful in similar applications with requirements such as:
